Our vision is to revive and promote whatever was part of our tradition and lifestyle along with creating an awareness of the values associated with the traditions. Our ancient seers prescribed a certain way of living, including how our homes should be, the effect of spaces, the impact of time, the suitability of colours and fabrics, the significance of motifs and so on.  This way of life creates and supports harmony, prosperity, a comfortable living and happiness.

Our sarees are brought to you directly from the homes of weavers and kurtis are an expression of the creativity, vibrancy and uniqueness of design and weave that is a hallmark of Indian tradition. Every women is beautiful and to add to this beauty is the purpose of our sarees & kurtis. Madhurya’s focus this season is on Uppadas, original Banarasi and Silk cottons from kanchi.

We have taken a baby step to revive the dying art of Indian handwoven textiles and sustenance of the weavers through our NGO . We share income with weavers across the nation and our growth has been interlinked with their survival and development.

Uppada sarees are the finest and lightest silk that is available in this country. Each saree can take several months to weave. Only one who knows an Uppada saree can appreciate the skill that goes into creating it. However, there are just a few hundred families left in this whole country who have this knowledge. Madhurya hopes to play its part in ensuring that this unique skill is not lost to the world.

Our exclusive collection of traditional jewelry is inspired by the era of abundance that this country enjoyed. The styles include temple jewelry  Jadau and Meena work. Each piece has a definite identity of dignity, grace and elegance.

Similarly, our collection of brass, bronze and woodwork depicting gods and goddesses of ancient Indian tradition enhances the spiritual dimension of life. Using brass doors handles, bells lamps and so on brings with it rare combination of subtlety and richness.

Meditate India Initiative

The Meditate India Initiative aims at providing an opportunity for people to internalize meditation in their lifestyle and to experience improved health, peace and happiness.

It is an initiative that educates them that meditation is “Healthy to Learn; Easy to Practice.”

Through this Initiative they will be able to discover their true potential.

We request your support and active participation to take this initiative aimed at sculpting a healthier and happier nation.

As part of this initiative, the volunteers of Art Of Living offer to conduct a free Meditation Workshop for the Office staff/society members. The duration of each session is one hour

The workshop shall be conducted in your premises on receipt of confirmation for minimum 20 participants.

Guruji's birthday celebrations!!

Let's celebrate Guruji's birthday together on 13th May 2012 at Dominic Savio high school frm 7:30 (morning) to 1 (afternoon)

We'll begin the day with Gurupuja and long kriya and Prasad

This will be followed by a refresher session, which also happens to be the last day of the Part-I course for Guruji's bday-special part-I-course batch

A good time to revive all the knowledge points and remind ourselves that life is truely a celebration

We will end the day with a special meditation, specially sent from ashram, blessed by Guruji, for this special occasion, from 12pm to 1pm
